It is in the middle of winter here in Australia and I had some minky fabric that I bought a couple of years ago that never got used. Since it is quite chilly here in Melbourne at the moment I decided to make a couple of blankets or throws for the couch.

We found two lovely pieces of minky fabric at a craft show that we bought just because they were wonderful, soft and the right colours.
